Sand Lake Point is a subdivision in the Doctor Phillips area of Orlando.  It consists of 436 lots all owned fee simple. Amenities include a clubhouse, two tennis courts, boat ramp, dock and gazebo and tot lot playground. An electric gate controls vehicle access to the recreation area.
