Our Neighborhood. 

Sand Lake Point consists of 436 lots all owned fee simple. Amenities include a clubhouse, two tennis courts, boat ramp, dock and gazebo and tot lot playground. An electric gate controls vehicle access to the recreation area. 

The annual assessment for 2012 is $385 per lot and is due and payable on February 1 each year. Assessments not collected by March 1 are considered delinquent.

The Board of Directors meets in the clubhouse at 7:00 p.m. on the third Monday of ever month, unless notice of a different location, time or date is posted on the bulletin boards at the community mail boxes.
