Question: I want to paint my house and don't know what colors are allowed.

Answer:   Please see the color palette available on the Architectural page.  Colors are interchangeable with

               individual manufacturers.

Question: I want to pay my HOA online, what information do I need?

Answer:   You will need Sand Lake Point’s community number (000103), the management company number                        (2527) and your 9-digit account number (available on your statement).  You may also mail payments                  to:

Question: Can I use the Clubhouse to host a party or reception?

Answer:   Yes, you may.  A signed Clubhouse Agreement and a refundable deposit is required.  The deposit will

               be refunded upon clubhouse inspection and return of the key.  During your event, the playground

               and boat dock area must stay open to all Sand Lake Point residents.  Complete the Clubhouse

               Agreement and contact the community management company at (863) 256-5052 to reserve.

Question: Are we allowed to park on the street at night?

Answer:   Yes, as long as no portion of the sidewalk is blocked with any portion of the vehicle.  We need to

              ensure that the road ways are clear to allow for emergency vehicles to navigate our streets.   

Question: My neighbor's dog always barks, runs loose, and is using my yard as a restroom, what can I do?

Answer:   Contact Aegis  at 863 256 5052.  They will send out one courtesy

               letter and if the situation does not improve, please call Orange County Animal Services at

               (407) 351-7722. 

Question: My neighbor's driveway is full of cars or cars being repaired.  Is this allowed?

Answer:   There should not be more than 2 cars in each driveway overnight.  Given the current economy, we

               know that children and/or parents may be living in residents homes.  As long as cars come and go

               during the day, there should not be any issues.  All repairs to vehicles should be done in the garage

               area.  All abandoned vehicles are to be reported to the Orange County Code Enforcement at

               (407) 836-3111.

Question: My neighbor's dog always barks, runs loose, and is using my yard as a restroom, what can I do?

Answer:   Depending on the activity, you may ask them to stop or contact Orange County Sheriff department

               at the non-emergency number at (407) 836-4357.  You can report the activity and seek their

               recommendation. 

Question: Am I allowed to fish in the lakes around Sand Lake Point?

Answer:   Yes, fishing is allowed.

Question: How often does Sand Lake Point have their Community Garage Sales?

Answer:   At the present time, we do not have Community Garage Sales.  You must obtain a permit from

               Orange County if you wish to have a garage sale.  Each owner is limited to two sales per year per

               the county ordinances.

Answer:   Sand Lake Elementary School

Question: I received a violation letter, what should I do?

Question: I’ve lost my documents or never received a copy where can I get a copy?

Answer:   Download them from the Documentation page, or call our Property Manager, Emma Doras at

               Aegis for assistance 863 256 5052.

Question: I am late on my assessment dues, what should I do?

Answer:   Call the community management company ASAP and explain your situation.  They will direct you to

               pay online.  Depending on how late you are, you may qualify for a one time waiving of late fees and

               interest.

Question: How often does the Board of Directors have meetings?

Answer:   Typically meetings are held monthly, unless a decision is made by the Board to adjust, based on

               need.  Special meetings can be called at the discretion of the Board when required.  Notices of

               changes in schedule, time or location, as well as Special meetings, is posted on the bulletin boards

               at the Community mailboxes.

               

Question: I lost my gate card to the recreational area, or never got one.  Where can I get one?

Answer:   Please call the community management company at 863 256 5052 to pick one up or arrange for it

               to be mailed to you.  If this is the FIRST time your household is obtaining a gate card, the fee is

               $10.00.  If your household has lost the key, the cost is $25.00.  Please make checks payable to

               "Sand Lake Point HOA".

Question: I lost my tennis court key, or never got one.  Where can I get one?

Answer:   Please call the community management company at 863 256 5052 to pick one up or arrange for it

               to be mailed to you.  If this is the FIRST time your household is obtaining a key, the fee is $10.00. 

               If your household has lost or requires more than one key, the cost is $20.00.  Please make checks

               payable to "Sand Lake Point HOA".

Question: I would like to conduct or attend a tennis lesson at our tennis courts, what should I do?

Answer:   To conduct or receive tennis lessons on the courts at Sand Lake Point, the Tennis Agreement must

               be signed as well as proof of insurance provided.  Sand Lake Point must be listed as an additional

               insured on the policy.  Court time will need to be scheduled with the community management    

               company at 863 256 5052.
