Sand Lake Point consists of 436 lots all owned fee simple. Amenities include a clubhouse, two tennis courts, boat ramp, dock and gazebo and tot lot playground. An electric gate controls vehicle access to the recreation area.
The annual assessment for 2023 is $430 per lot and is due and payable on February 1 each year. Assessments not collected by March 1 are considered delinquent.
