Contact our Property Management Company Resident Support at 407-781-1188 or residentsupport@lelandmanagement.com and explain your situation.  They will direct you to pay online.  Depending on how late you are, you may qualify for a one time waiving of late fees and interest.

Typically meetings are held monthly, unless a decision is made by the Board to adjust, based on need.  Special meetings can be called at the discretion of the Board when required.  Notices of changes in schedule, time or location, as well as Special meetings, is posted on the bulletin boards at the Community mailboxes.

To conduct or receive tennis lessons on the courts at Sand Lake Point, the Tennis Agreement must be signed as well as proof of insurance provided.  Sand Lake Point must be listed as an additional insured on the policy.  Court time will need to be scheduled.  Please contact the Community Association Manager Richard Rosales at 407-216-5299.

Yes, you may. A signed Clubhouse Agreement and a refundable deposit are required. The deposit will be refunded upon clubhouse inspection and return of the key.  During your event, the playground and boat dock area must stay open to all Sand Lake Point residents.  Complete the Clubhouse Agreement and the Covid Waiver, then contact the Community Association Manager Richard Rosales at 407-216-5299 or RRosales@lelandmanagement.com to reserve.

Yes, as long as no portion of the sidewalk is blocked with any portion of the vehicle.  We need to ensure that the road ways are clear to allow for emergency vehicles to navigate our streets. Please see the October 2023 Parking Guidelines.

Email the property management company at RRosales@lelandmanagement.com with photos and time/location of the occurrence.  They will send out one courtesy letter and if the situation does not improve, please call Orange County Animal Services at (407) 351-7722.

There should not be more than 2 cars in each driveway overnight.  No portion of the sidewalk can be blocked with any portion of any vehicle. Given the current economy, we know that children and/or parents may be living in residents homes.  As long as cars come and go during the day, there should not be any issues.  All repairs to vehicles should be done in the garage area.  All abandoned vehicles are to be reported to the Orange County Code Enforcement at (407) 836-3111.

Yes, fishing is allowed.  A license is required.  See https://myfwc.com/license/recreational/freshwater-fishing/ for more information.

At the present time, we do not have Community Garage Sales.  You must obtain a permit from Orange County if you wish to have a garage sale.  Each owner is limited to two sales per year per  the county ordinances.
