About Us
Sand Lake Point is a subdivision in the Doctor Phillips area of Orlando. It consists of 436 lots all owned fee simple. Amenities include a clubhouse, two tennis courts, boat ramp and dock (access may be limited due to high water levels) and tot lot playground. An electric gate controls vehicle access to the recreation area.

The Board of Directors meets in the clubhouse at 7:00 p.m. on the third Monday of ever month, unless notice of a different location, time or date is posted on the bulletin boards at the community mail boxes.
To ensure the harmony of the neighborhood, as well as preserve and conserve the value and desirability, Sand Lake Point has an Architectural Review Committee.
To ensure residents, and prospective residents, are able to keep up to date with the association’s activities, rule and regulations, this section contains relevant documents.
